🐾 Picked for cats, with sizing help and realistic expectations, not hype
A cozy knitted Christmas sweater with a cheeky Rudolph face and a soft red pom-pom nose. Made for holiday photos, festive visits and chilly evenings, for cats (and small dogs) who don't mind a little dressing up.
Why you'll love it
- Instant holiday photos: the reindeer face and snowflakes are made for your Christmas card.
- Soft knit: acrylic knit with a turtleneck collar.
- Two looks: classic black or festive red.
Options
- Colors: Red or Black
- Sizes: S, M, L, XL
Size guide (measure your cat first)
| Size | Chest | Back length | Neck |
|---|---|---|---|
| S | 11.8 in | 12.2 in | 5.9 in |
| M | 14.2 in | 14.6 in | 7.1 in |
| L | 19.3 in | 17.7 in | 9.1 in |
| XL | 21.3 in | 19.3 in | 10.2 in |
Measure around the widest part of your cat's chest, just behind the front legs. Knit stretches a little, but if you're between sizes, size up. Not sure? Email phoebe@smellycatandco.com with your cat's measurements and we'll help.
How to use
- Introduce it slowly: let your cat sniff it, then try it on for a minute with a treat.
- Keep wear time short and always supervised.
- Take it off if your cat seems stressed, freezes or tries to wriggle out.
Care
- Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry.
Realistic expectations
Not every cat enjoys clothes, and that's OK. Some will wear it happily for a photo; others won't. Please never force it, and remove it before naps and unsupervised time.
